First Timers

Welcome to Bikram Yoga! Beginners are always welcome!

If you have never taken a Bikram Yoga class, there are just a few things to keep in mind:

  • The Bikram Classes offered at our studios are for Beginners & Advanced students alike.
  • The studios are warm, so dress accordingly, i.e. shorts, tank tops, etc.
  • We recommend that you don't eat at least 2 hours before class.
  • New students please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins.
  • A mat, towel & water are required for every class. You may rent or buy each or all of these items at our studio or you may bring your own.

Most importantly, be prepared to sweat!
